The theme of the Conference is ‘Making a Difference’ to your University Sports Service. The aim is to provide members and guests with practical skills and ideas that can be used to ‘Make a Difference’ to the lives of those who use your University sports services and facilities.
There will be an excellent line up of expert speakers presenting on the related themes of ‘Making a Difference’ to the various agendas that face University sports services. The format will also include involvement from members on best practices and the ever popular member’s corner. The workshops promise to be exciting, with some new formats to be explored with the emphasis on networking opportunities!
The conference will be held in the 4 star Castletroy Park Hotel, where the accommodation is also being provided. The opening ceremony will take place at the University of Limerick campus, located close by, where members will have an opportunity to explore one of the top sporting Universities in Ireland.
The cultural and social programme will showcase the historic city of Limerick and the beautiful scenery of the Shannon region. The Sports Service team at the University of Limerick are also very excited about the annual physical recreation event of the conference ‘the Asbjorn Cup’.
It promises to be a great conference, we encourage you get inspired and ‘make a difference’! The ENAS Executive and the University of Limerick look forward to wishing you an Irish ‘Céad Míle Fáilte’ (a hundred thousand welcomes).

Independent of the conference, Student Sport Ireland (SSI) welcome members and guests to a guided visit of the sports facilities of 3 member Universities in Dublin on Tuesday 5th November.
Sites include Trinity College Dublin (TCD), Dublin City University (DCU) and University College Dublin (UCD).
Includes refreshments, transportation around Dublin and bus transfer to Limerick on Wednesday morning, with an overnight stay in a Dublin Hotel at a preferential rate for ENAS members.
